Constructed between 1804 and 1806, Pennington Street Warehouse is a Grade II listed former bonded warehouse with a semi-basement of brick vaulted cellars, originally used for the storage of rum and spices. There are two seperate spaces available. The mezzanine, which can accommodate 20 desks and should be taken as a whole space, and a further 8 desks, which can be taken as individual desks or as a whole bank of desks for a small team.
The creative reuse and adaptation of the warehouse has reimagined the space appreciating the unique character of the building and its contrasting spaces; respecting its historic features and the scars of its former life. There are multiple meeting rooms available, as well as bike storage, a coffee machine, showers, and secure lockers too. You can even join weekly Yoga or CPD sessions for an additional charge.
