Service Model

Clients provide their requirements—such as location, capacity, budget, preferred term length, and amenities—and NO HQ produces a curated shortlist of suitable offices. The matching process focuses on clarity, accuracy, and design quality.

Each recommended workspace includes:

  • Pricing structure: day rate, monthly desk rate, or fractional rent.

  • Photography and fit-out details, highlighting the design-led standards that all partner offices must meet.

  • Amenities: Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, kitchens, showers, bike storage, dog friendliness, storage options.

  • Access and security information, including building entry and availability.

  • Neighbourhood insights, such as transport links, local services, and area suitability.

A dedicated account manager supports clients with viewings, negotiations, and next steps.
Clients sign a space agreement directly with the host.
In most cases, NO HQ can match a client with a suitable workspace within a few days.

  • Amenities (Wi-Fi, furniture, showers, terrace, meeting rooms, 24-hour access, kitchen, bike storage, mailing address, disabled access)

  • A clear written description of the workspace

Hosts must have the legal authority to list the property.
NO HQ may remove any listing where ownership, compliance, or permissions are in question.

Availability and Support

Pricing varies based on usage, term length, and specific workspace features.
